Prospective Students
Thank you for your interest in working with me and the Community Health Equity and Justice Lab
Program Development, Implementation and Evaluation
I work collaboratively with community partners at the initial stages of brainstorming a program or initiative, all the way to evaluating it’s short and long-term impact. Through partnership with stakeholders and community members, we can identify the ideal program outcomes, build a logic model and plan to move us forward to achieve the intended goals, and work towards sustainability for the future.
Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR)
My CBPR research focuses on answering problems asked by service providers, community organizations, and societal stakeholders to better serve their communities and reach their organizational goals. Using comprehensive data collection, analysis and dissemination, we can truly use evidence to create action in much needed areas like stigma and violence prevention.
Speaking and Presentation
I have expertise and both clinical and research experience in the areas of substance abuse treatment, correctional/forensic psychology, international psychology and teaching, sex trade, and sex trafficking.
